Immersion in Glass Studies

A group of people look at library archival materials on a table

Looking for a more intensive and extended introduction to glass for your group?

The Immersion in Glass Studies program offers groups an opportunity to learn more about glass and glassworking techniques.

The program may include hands-on glassworking with artists, research in the Rakow Research Library, lectures by glass specialists, behind-the-scenes tours of the Museum, and tours of local points of interest. Other features may be added to your event, such as special glass demonstrations, specialty tours, catered meals, snacks, or bar service.

Tailored specifically for your group, the Immersion in Glass Studies program is appropriate for high school, college, graduate students, and adult groups. Immersion in Glass Studies requires a minimum of two days of scheduled programming. Three to five days of programming is highly recommended.

Items made on the final day may be picked up after noon on the following day, or shipping arrangements may be made for an additional fee.

Prices are based on program specifics. Please contact +1 (607) 438-5800 or [email protected] to discuss the options and availability that best suit your group.
